An evaluative study to find the correlation between semitendinosus graft dimension with respect to patient’s anthropometry

Background: A prospective study of a cohort anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstructed patients 7 years after surgery revealed degenerative radiographic changes in 95% patients, and only 47% were able to return their previous activity level following ACL reconstruction. Aims Objectives: The aims this find the correlation between Semitendinosus graft dimension with respect anthropometry such as age, height, weight, body mass index (BMI), true leg length (TLL). Conclusion: In selective cases, may be reinforced additional Hamstring tendon harvest like gracilis or any alternative Bone–patellar tendon–bone (BPB) Peroneus longus autograft that taken prevent failure future complications. This current data can reference surgeons preoperative planning counseling about selection.
